Are you plagued with thinking about past traumas or events over and over in your mind?  When you think about these events, does it engulf hours or even perhaps your whole day?  Do the thoughts persist, even though you have prayed until you have turned blue in the face?  Do you feel as if there is no way out?

In this six-week Bible study, you will look into ten Biblical topics in-which is keeping you stuck in your thoughts.  You will see how your thoughts keep God out of the center of your mind.  The sixth week of study will be a day of healing.  You will be guided through neuroscience-based strategies in order to create new neural pathways and finally be able to rid of your constant looping thoughts. Thus, allowing the Holy Spirit to fully be available within your mind and not hedged out because of the overwhelming thoughts of the past.  It will allow you to line up with God’s truth so that you can be confident and understand who you are in Christ.  God wants you to live a full life, a life of joy, a life with Him at the center of your thoughts.

Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will. Romans 12:2 NIV
