Body, Mind and Spirit! Our exercise classes are some of the best in the community! Classes are taught by certified instructors in a non-bias and stress-free environment! Join us for muscle toning, strength training and stretching using hand weights, tubes and chairs. Modifications can be made for any fitness level!
