LOVE YOUR BODY
Goals: flexibility, agility, mobility, strength, and stability.
The Love Your Body workout is movement to music, drawing from the traditions of martial arts, dance and yoga. For everybody, ages 12-100, and all fitness levels. This workout is done barefoot (shoes if needed) and conditions mind, body, heart and spirit.
This practice includes a monthly scripture and recovery focus, warmup, get moving, cool down, relaxation and prayer.
This community of women who choose movement is inspiring, and encouraging.
Moving your body can create momentum in life...come dance with us.
