LOVE YOUR BODY
Goals: flexibility, agility, mobility, strength, and stability.
The Love your Body workout is movement to music, drawing from the traditions of martial arts, dance and yoga. For everybody, and all fitness levels; this workout is done barefoot and conditions mind, body, heart and spirit.
This practice includes a monthly scripture, recovery focus, warmup, get moving, cool down, relaxation and prayer. The Wednesday morning class will be a community of women pursuing a healthy lifestyle.

Choose life, choose movement! Come after work and move your body, mind, heart and spirit. This class will draw from the martial arts, dance and yoga to create a balanced workout with warmup, get moving, cool down and stretching. All fitness levels welcome, this is a fun workout done barefoot, to an eclectic blend of music.
Both classes are led by Peggy Renfroe. Peggy has been teaching fitness classes and small group experiences for 25 years.
